Cro-Magnon: Clinical Resource Optimization and MAnaGemeNt for Optimizing iNterventions

Brief description

In the context of the NEAT-AMBIENCE project, we tackle the development of data management solutions to assist in decision-making in various current challenges. Here, we focus on a healthcare use case, proposing techniques for resource management in healthcare settings during unforeseen situations (such as an emergency affecting a city, an epidemic or pandemic, etc.). We integrate a simulator that allows us to represent information about available resources in different healthcare units within a city or region (hospital beds, spaces in emergency care units, ambulances, etc.) and simulate situations that require resource allocation in complex scenarios like the ones mentioned earlier. The developed functionalities facilitate decision-making by healthcare authorities in these scenarios.
