Stream is a quick and (very) dirty bourne shell CGI script for Unix/POSIX http servers which serves your MP3 collection.

Features:

• Is not PHP
• Doesn't require MySQL or any other database
• Without JavaScript (except for HTML5 web player)
• Without ads
• Less than 1000 lines of code (plus comments/blanks)
• Browse you collection (with nice "cover" view)
• ID3v2 support
• Search by song or by album/year/artist
• Download albums
• Random playlist mode
• M3U creation for streaming using external player
• Embedded HTML5/Flash player for direct streaming
• Optional filter for blacklisting albums/artists
• Playlist and cover art cache
• Multilingual support (currently implemented: english/spanish)
• Atom Syndication
