TITAM_ie

The main objective of this project is to develop technologies for automated transport of loads in unstructured environments, both indoors and outdoors, that have the capacity to plan and automatic re-planning of routes, secure and robust. Achieving this goal will enable each of the member companies of the consortium placed in a leadership position in automation, robotics and building applications specific software and associated communications in various productive sectors, in which there is great potential development since, at present, the use of robotic systems is very low or zero. Understanding the problem that involves the deployment of autonomous mobile platforms for transporting cargo in foreign and / or interior, and taking into account the essential aspects that arise in the background and the general objective, technical objectives have been separated by lines research, which present problems and technical scope is this section. TITAM_ie project has been structured as a multi-year performance of 36 months duration will be divided into a managerial and technical activities related to six areas of research raised in the objectives.
