My research interests lie in the fields of Image Processing and Computational Photography, being my main interest how we capture and visualize the world. I am interested in improving all the steps of the imaging pipepline (acquisition, processing, and display) by combining computation, and human visual perception. Currently my main interests include - but are not restricted to -: Material appearance, and visual attention and behavior in virtual reality.
